VINEYARDS VOLAREVIC is a new family firm founded on the initiative of a father and four sons. They decided that the field of quartz, the slope beside the sea in the bay opposite the peninsula of Peljesac is ideal to plant vineyards.
A vine here has triple insolation: sun-vine, sun-stone-vines and sun-sea-grapes. These extreme conditions can withstand only Plavac, indigenous variety of central and southern Dalmatia and variety that is adapted remarkably hot Mediterranean climate and barren rocky soil.
It is important to note that the entire vineyard processing is crafted manually and ecologically.
